Genus Amanita is known to comprise both edible and poisonous mushrooms (Bas 1969, Jenkins 1986). Moreover, most species of this genus play important roles in forest ecosystems by forming ectomycorrhizal associations with various tree species (Bas 1969, Jenkins 1986, Yang 2000a, Cai et al. 2014). The characterized by agaricoid basidiomata with a white color spore print, a hemiangiocarpic schizohymenial development (Bas, 1969; Yang & Oberwinkler, 1999), and usually white and free lamellae. The color of the lamellae in Amanita has classically been considered to be concolorous with typically white spore prints, presence of a universal veil on the pileus and stipe, free gills, and having a partial veil.
