Description:

Basidiomata solitary, Pileus is still in the immature stage, 10 mm in diam. The surface is smooth and dry, with an even margin, and colored dark greyish yellow. Lamellae extend from the stipe to the pileus margin, with a slightly outwardly curved shape. Stipe is centrally attached, elongate, cylindrical with uniform width from base to apex, smooth, dry, and greyish yellow, 8–10 × 170–285 mm, solid, firm, white. Pseudorrhiza is present, nodulose in form, extending from the pileus to its distal end, 185–300 mm long. Basidioles 17.5–25 × 5–8.75 µm, clavate, hyaline, thin-walled. Cheilocystidia, 23–40.5 × 11.25–22 µm pyriform with a broad apex, hollow, thick-walled, hyaline. Pleurocystidia, 23–40.5 × 8–15.5 µm, resemble cheilocystidia in shape, but with thin walls. Hyphae of the hymenophoral trama are septate, thin-walled, and 1.25–7.5 µm wide, septate, moderately thick-walled, hyaline, 1.25–5 µm wide. Hyphae of the stipitipellis resemble those of the pileipellis, 2.5–4.5 µm wide.
