Description:

Pileus 33–54 mm in diameter, conical to applanate, with a small, bluntly pointed perforatorium; surface dark greyish yellow, entirely glabrous; margin straight, radially striate, often splitting with age. Lamellae free, 3–4 mm broad, greyish white, crowded, with numerous lamellulae of various lengths. Stipe 25–65 × 20–42 mm, centrally inserted, cylindrical, slightly thickened at the basal region; surface greyish white to brownish, smooth, glabrous; context solid throughout. Pseudorhiza elongate, 20–80 mm long, tapering downward from the ground level, base cylindrical, brownish, solid. Partial veil absent. Spore print ivory. Basidiospores 6.5–7.5 × 4.5–5 µm, ovoid to ellipsoid, thin-walled, subhyaline. Basidia 17–22 × 6–7.5 µm, clavate, 4-spored, thin-walled, subhyaline.
