Description:

Basidiocarp 70–100 mm wide, spatulate to flabelliform, pinkish when fresh, cream or yellowish when dry, surface smooth, margin smooth. Stipe absent. Lamella decurrent, edge smooth, lamellulae present. Spore print pink becoming white or light yellowish when dry. Basidiospores 7.5–8 x 3–4.5 µm, hyaline, thin-walled, smooth, ovoid to subcylindrical, inamyloid. Basidia 18–25 x 4.5–6 µm, 4 sterigmata, hyaline, clavate shaped. Pleurocystidia 25–37.5 x 5.5–7.5 µm, clavate, hyaline, thin-walled. Peilipellis 5–12 µm width, hyaline, thin-walled, branch, clamp connection absents.
