Description:

Basidiomata effused, ranging from 10 mm up to more than 50 mm in extent, adnate, membranaceous, cracking with age; continuous to discontinuous, porulose toward the periphery, overall thickness 35–85 μm. Hymenial surface furfuraceous to generally smooth, occasionally colliculose, whitish to greyish in coloration. Margin concolorous with hymenium, thinning or diffuse, 0.5–1.5 mm broad. Hyphal system monomitic. Hyphae clamped at all septa, thin-walled, hyaline, smooth or loosely encrusted with crystals or crystalline aggregates 2–5 μm in diameter. Subicular hyphae moderately branched, irregularly arranged to subhorizontal, 2–3 μm wide. Subhymenium poorly delimited from the subiculum; subhymenial hyphae moderately to richly branched, cylindrical, occasionally short-celled.
