Description:
Basidiocarp small to medium, 0.4-9.5 × 0.3-6.5 cm, flattened to the surface of substrate, attached to substrate from corner or centre, short stalks, undulate margin, surface colour, moderate yellowish brown to dark greyish yellowish brown, abhymenial hair surface moderate yellowish brown and moderate olive brown.
Internal features thickness 960-1200 μm when dry, medulla absent,
abhymenial hairs densely arranged, fasciculated, clustered, pigmented, yellow brown, blunt or pointed tip, thick walled, wall thickness 0.5-1.0 μm, narrow lumen, hair 2.5 μm wide, clamp connections present, zona pilosa 340-600 μm, zona compacta 15-28 μm, zona subcompacta superioris 25-60 μm, zona intermedia 540-720 μm, zona subcompacta inferioris 42-128 μm,
hymenium 65-130 μm.
Basidia 40-55 × 3.0-4.0 μm, cylindrical, blunt or tapered ends, sterigmata observed.
Basidiospores smooth walled, allantoid, hyaline, 9.0-12.0 × 5.0-6.0 μm, with large irregularly shaped guttules.
