Description:
Spider host covered by white mycelial. Synnemata arising from all parts of the host. Conidiophores mononematous or synnematous, hyaline, smooth-walled, 7–11 × 2–2.5 μm, penicillium-like from hyphae directly. Phialides consisting of a cylindrical, somewhat inflated base, 20–50 × 1–2 μm, tapering to a thin neck. Conidia hyaline, smooth-walled, globose, 1–2 μm in diam, or ellipsoid, 3–4 × 1–1.5 μm, forming divergent basipetal chains.
